A. Mark Schobel, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Schobel has served as the Company’s President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board of Directors since November 2005. From March 2001 to November 2005, he was the Global Head of New Technology and Product Innovation for the Consumer Health Business Unit at Novartis where he pioneered thin film delivery of systemic drugs. Prior to Novartis, Mr. Schobel held various general management positions with Reed & Carnrick Pharmaceuticals, Warner-Lambert, and Pharmaceutical Formulations Inc.

Keith J. Kendall, Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kendall has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MonoSol Rx since July 2006. From February 1999 to June 2006, he was the Vice President and Managing Director of the Americas for Hewlett Packard Financial Services. Mr. Kendall held a number of positions with AT&T Capital Corporation including President of AT&T Credit Corporation and NCR Credit Corporation from 1985 to 1998.

Eric Dadey, Ph.D., Senior Vice-President Research and Development

Dr. Dadey joined MonoSol Rx in June 2010 as the Company's Senior Vice-President of Research and Development.  Prior to joining us, Dr. Dadey was with Transave Inhalation Biotherapeutics, where he served as the Vice-President Preclinical Development.  Between 1992 and 2007, Dr. Dadey held various positions at QLT USA, Inc., Atrix Laboratories, Nycomed Salutar and ACCESS Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Dadey started his career as a Postdoctoral Fellow with the University of Kentucky and later followed that up with a role at the University of Illinois, at Chicago's College of Pharmacy.  Dr. Dadey earned his B.S. and M.S. in Chemistry at Western Kentucky University, later earning an M.S. in Organic Chemistry and Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Kentucky.

Vincent Viviani, Senior Vice-President, Manufacturing and Operations
Mr. Viviani joined MonoSol Rx in May 2008 as the Company's Senior Vice- President of Manufacturing and Operations. Prior to joining, he was President of Viviani Consulting, where he advised small and medium businesses in regards to profit improvement, strategic planning and business process development. From 1998 through 2006, Mr. Viviani was Vice President, Quality Systems for Playtex Products, Inc. where he led the company's corporate wide quality systems. Mr. Viviani held various Manufacturing and Operations positions with Reckitt & Colman from 1987 to 1998. In addition, from 1986 to 1987, he was Director of Distribution and Logistics for Lechters, Inc, and spent 7 years, from 1979 to 1986, with Revlon, Inc., where he held various Operation and Distribution positions.

Ted Clemente, Vice-President, Business Development
Mr. Clemente joined MonoSol Rx as Vice-President, Business Development in May 2009. Prior to joining MonoSol Rx, Mr. Clemente spent 12 years with Novartis Consumer Health, Inc. where he most recently served as the Company’s Director, Global Business Development and Licensing. A 30-year veteran of the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Clemente has also held product development and managerial positions with Ciba Self-Medication, Inc., Hoechst-Roussell Pharmaceuticals and Bristol-Myers Products.

Mary Ellen Norvitch, Ph.D., Vice-President, Regulatory/Clinical Affairs and Quality Assurance
Dr. Norvitch joined MonoSol Rx in June 2010 as the Vice-President of Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs and Quality Assurance. She has over 25 years of diverse regulatory and quality experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including her most recent position at ProStrakan, Inc where she built the U.S. Regulatory function. Prior to ProStrakan, Dr. Norvitch held numerous executive level positions in major pharmaceutical and specialty pharmaceutical organizations, including Bristol Myers Squibb, Schering Plough, Watson Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, Inc and Barrier Therapeutics. Dr. Norvitch completed her postdoctoral training at the Mayo Clinic and started her industry career with American Cyanamid in the Clinical Research - Oncology field.

Theresa Wood, Vice-President, Human Resources
Ms. Wood, a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of diverse Human Resouces experience, has served as Vice-President, Human Resources since October 2006.  Prior to joining MonoSol Rx, Ms. Wood was the Director, Human Resources for Hewlett Packard Financial Services' Americas division from 1999 to 2006.  From 1993 to 1996, Ms. Wood provided consulting services to several companies in the Financial Services, Healthcare and Consumer Goods market.  Prior to that, from 1987 to 1993, she held various Human Resource related positions with Sea-Land Service Corporation.
