A. Mark Schobel, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Schobel has served as the Company’s President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board of Directors since November 2005. From March 2001 to November 2005, he was the Global Head of New Technology and Product Innovation for the Consumer Health Business Unit at Novartis where he pioneered thin film delivery of systematic drugs. Prior to Novartis, Mr. Schobel held various general management positions with Reed & Carnrick Pharmaceuticals, Warner-Lambert, and Pharmaceutical Formulations Inc.

Keith J. Kendall, Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kendall has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MonoSol Rx since July 2006. From February 1999 to June 2006, he was the Vice President and Managing Director of the Americas for Hewlett Packard Financial Services. Mr. Kendall held a number of positions with AT&T Capital Corporation including President of AT&T Credit Corporation and NCR Credit Corporation from 1985 to 1998.

Vincent Viviani, Senior Vice-President, Manufacturing and Operations
Mr. Viviani joined MonoSol Rx in May 2008 as the Company's Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations. Prior to joining us, he was President of Viviani Consulting from 2006 to 2008, where he advised small and medium businesses in regards to profit improvement, strategic planning and business process development. From 1998 through 2006, Mr. Viviani was Vice President, Quality Systems for Playtex Products, Inc. where he developed and led the company's corporate wide quality systems. Mr. Viviani held various Manufacturing and Operations positions with Reckitt & Colman from 1987 to 1998. In addition, from 1986 to 1987, he was Director of Distribution and Logistics for Lechters, Inc, and spent 7 years, from 1979 to 1986, with Revlon, Inc., where he held various Operation and Distribution positions.

John McCracken, Senior Vice-President, Business Development
Mr. McCracken joined MonoSol Rx as Senior Vice-President, Business Development in May 2008. Prior to joining us, he was Executive Director of Business Development & International for Watson Pharmaceuticals. From 2001 through 2002, Mr. McCracken was Vice President, Business Development of DOR BioPharma, Inc., a drug delivery company focused on oral delivery of otherwise injectable drugs. From 1981 to 2000, he held various positions at G.D. Searle, including several international positions that provided exposure to the global business development function. In addition, he spent four years with Abbott Laboratories in various finance positions.

Dr. Pradeep Sanghvi, VP of Pharmaceutical Development
Dr. Sanghvi has served as Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development since 2004, and is responsible for the technical and regulatory aspects of pharmaceutical formulation. Dr. Sanghvi was previously Director of Pharmaceutical Development at Penwest Pharmaceuticals, an oral drug development company, from October 2000 to February 2004. He also served as Director of Formulations and Process Development at Fuisz Technologies, a fast dissolve company that was acquired by Biovail Technologies, from December 1994 to September 2000.

Tayo Adebiyi, Senior Director, Quality
Mr. Adebiyi has served as Senior Director, Quality, since April 2007. He has over 25 years of diverse scientific and quality experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Adebiyi was previously Director of the Quality Operations for Pfizer's Drug Product Division. From 1998 to 2001, he managed all aspects of the Quality operation at Enzon Inc. Prior to that, he led Analytical R&D as well as the Quality operations at Liposome Company, Inc. Before moving into the Quality function, he served as a Chemist in various pharmaceutical companies.

Theresa Wood, Vice-President, Human Resources
Ms. Wood, a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of diverse Human Resouces experience, has served as Senior Director, Human Resources since October 2006.  Prior to joining MonoSol Rx, Ms. Wood was the Director, Human Resources for Hewlett Packard Financial Services' Americas division from 1999 to 2006.  From 1993 to 1996, Ms. Wood provided consulting services to several companies in the Financial Services, Healthcare and Consumer Goods market.  Prior to that, from 1986 to 1993, she held various Human Resource related positions with Sea-Land Service Corporation.
